With web 2.0 being all the craze these days, its not surprising that someone came along and developed an online generator of snazzy badges that loudly speak the 2.0 language. FreshBadge.com did just that.
The user friendly interface and numerous customization options is what really sets them apart from the crowd. It took me 1 minute to create my badge here to the left, with a page curl and all. Jumping on the bandwagon has never been so easy!
The word around Internet Lane is that GoDaddy is a great choice for Hosting, and well, I have to agree. I have yet to run into any major problems with them and I have had two different hosting packages with a number of domains.
The biggest problem that I have encountered with them is advertising clutter. Their homepage is a nest of advertisements trying to sell you everything in a hand basket. My first encounter with them years ago was a bit frightening. I wanted to order my first domain name, and being an amateur to hosting I was nervous if I was taking the right path. After finally finding the “Register Domains” button , I proceeded into what seemed like a live action infomercial. (more…)
I am always creating vector illustrations for work and fun, however some of the time I end up trashing them or just never using them, What better way to get some use out of my forgotten illustrations than by giving them away. So starting today I am holding a Free Vector Garage sale.
Here is the first. It is a suspension bridge! Woohoo! Amazing, I know.. Can’t see why I never used it /rolleyes… But hopefully someone can put it to use.

Looks like its back to work after the long weekend. Considering I am sitting at work writing this, I still have yet to get back into full swing of things. It was a good weekend though, three days of sunny times. I wanted to say Thanks to all the men and women serving, I think many of us forget why we get Memorial Day off of work.
This little bugger looks great as a desktop image. I imagine he speaks with an Australian accent and sells cheap, but great, car insurance.. whatever made me think of that crazy idea… Ill go watch some TV and think about it.
